I fell in love with the Maine Coons and bought my first one in 2005.  To this day they still take my breath away! 

I started showing in Cat Fanciers Assoc. (CFA) and made many wonderful new friends.  

I decided to take the next step and register my cattery, Aslanspaw, which is taken from The Chronicles of Narnia's lion, Aslan.

All of my cats and kittens are registered and shown in CFA and/or TICA.

I have a small cattery.  I only breed about 
2-3 times a year.  Breeding for excellent health is my primary and the most important factor to me, next is personality and finally type.   

My cats  are fed a high protein diet that consists of both wet and dry foods.  I do DNA testing  (unless they are -/- by birth) and echocardiograms on my breeding cats.  My cats have yearly checkups by my veterinarian.  My cats are my pets.

My kittens are raised under foot after their 12 week immunizations.  They are properly socialized before they leave our home. My kittens may go out to their new homes starting at 13 - 16 weeks of age.  They are litterbox trained, guaranteed against FeLV/FIV and have health check certification by my veterinarian.

I have been blessed to have a very supportive family.  My husband, Joe, holds down the fort when I travel to the  shows.  Thank you so very much Joe and Tamara!
